Our School

Hello Price Family,

I am extremely excited to serve the Price students and community as principal.   I have been a part of the South San Antonio Independent School District family for 21 years.  I have taught and served as an assistant principal at Palo Alto Elementary for 13 years.  I then moved to Zamora Middle School as assistant principal for 4 years.  I recently finished serving as the principal at Kindred Elementary for the past 4 years.  I have heard about so many great students, families and the faculty and staff that it brings me great joy to be able to be part of the tradition of Price in my 22nd year in the district.  

I am a proud graduate from the University of Texas at San Antonio.  GO ROADRUNNERS!!! I have also earned my masters in educational administration from Texas A&M University at Kingsville.  In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, going on vacations and playing flag football, basketball, and volleyball.  I am an avid UTSA, UT, Dallas Cowboys and San Antonio Spurs fan.  I also love attending theatrical shows as both of my children have taken on acting in many productions at the Woodlawn Theatre.  

I’m really looking forward to leading an excellent staff of educators and students in a motivating and creative environment where everyone is excited about coming to school every day.  Together we are going to create a learning environment that will challenge and lead our students to a future of success as tomorrow's leaders.  

I want you to know that I have an open-door policy for parents and students and I encourage each of you to be an active participant in your child’s education and extracurricular activities.  Your children come first in every decision that I make with the help of our faculty.  I want what students will learn here at Price to carry over to not only each future grade level but their whole life.  Students will learn they can strive to do anything they want if they work hard.  

I look forward to working with you all and am proud to say that I am now a Price Cobra!!!
